NJD - already have Blackwood, and it's make the expansion draft harder
NYR - don't have the cap
MTL - maybe, but he's too expensive without retention

Would the coyotes consider Kuemper + Demers (800k retained) or Hjalmarsson (whatever retention works) for Torontos 2020 1st (top 15) and Abramov or something

With leafs needing a partner for Rielly and potentially a new goalie the trade works. Now as for extending either HJ or Dem they take discounts do to age or Dubas pays them fat cash bonuses which he likes to do
