I'm eager to see what the Nashville guys say about this. My feeling is that if Kapanen = 15th overall plus, then Arvidsson = 14th overall plus a significant amount more

That's less than half of what it would take to pry Arvidsson out of NSH.

I know that this deal was suggested in a NSH thread earlier today, but this is not enough for Arvidsson.

Unless my team is in "blow-it-up-mode", I'm taking Arvidsson side of that deal.

Ok so why not get 3 players that the sum of their entry level contracts are less than arvidson. I’m a big believer of trading when value is high. Outside of Josi, this is the highest value guy based on recent performance with Ellis in a close 3rd.

I wouldn't. Not interested in Yamamoto for NSH. And to be clear, when I said Puljujarvi, 1st, + that was to start the negotiations. Arvi is massively important to NSH, and has one of the best contracts in the league. He wouldn't get moved for a reasonable return.
