Gauthier has upside as a goal scorer and Lias is not a bust yet. Figured Since Domi is probably on the way out anyway MTL could take a chance at some offensive firepower on the wing with Gauthier, if he turns into that over the years. I think he's growing into a really solid player. I believe he's from the area too. But okay! Was just a thought

I think the ask would be Buchnevich +. If MTL deals him, its for proven goals, not the hypothical idea of goals (ie proven goal scorers).

Lias is a head case that has little trade value at the moment. Someone would take a chance on him for little investment. But he can’t be the centerpiece for a proven good young player. Gauthier is the french version of the Ritchie brothers. Mediocre picks. Just no value. If Lias lives up to his potential...sure. Huge risk tho. Not worth it.
