Lias is a first round talent with a 7th round head. If a team wants to take a risk, 2nd or 3rd is prob max trade value right now. A team like Ottawa that has a ton of early round picks over the next couple years might be worth a shot for them.

He has 1st round talent... if you ignore his skating, which is obviously a huge thing to ignore. Anyway, no one - and I mean no one - is going to give anywhere near a 2nd for him at this time. And that's not just because it will be a chore/waiting game getting him to leave Sweden right now. The Rangers already tried to offer him around. No interest to speak of.
