Make the pick a 4th instead of the 3rd and Holland pulls the trigger on that deal

I don't think Minny wants to move Stalock. I think Kerfoot for Greenway is a close 1-for-1 so I wouldn't want to add too much from Toronto's side.

I would try to squeeze Rodrigues a little bit more as an RFA. I'd also rather sign someone like Johan Larsson or Trevor Lewis than have Khaira on the 4th line. Sandin obviously wouldn't be a scratch, if he's doesn't win a starting job (which is fine) he's in the AHL and either Marincin or Rosen is in that spot.

I would love Tanev at that caphit and term. Not sure how realistic it is.

The Wild would be fools not to take that!

As the title says it's testing. I mainly wanted an opinion on how much the Wild value Greenway and Stalock, but based on the feedback so far the 2nd will probably be dropped or atleast changed to a 3rd-5th.

Khaira has no value so just take him out of the trade and keep the 3rd. The leafs don't need him anyway they have enough 4th liners already.

The Minnesota trade is interesting I guess but we don't need another 1B when we have Campbell. Just try to do Kerfoot for Greenway as that is a trade that helps both teams imo.

I agree, putting more pressure on Rodrigues and/or Greenway (Both RFAs) would allow more cap space to offer Tanev a better deal (4.5-4.75Mil).

The main point of the Khaira trade is to move cap, and who knows he may thrive in Toronto. It's a low risk trade with a potential upside, maybe you can even try to get Edmonton to retain a little bit of his contract allowing for some trade deadline moves.
The Wild trade is good for both teams but again it's is a low risk move where Toronto is saving cap space. Also I liked getting Stalock because he's signed for 2 years on a extremely cheap deal, so best case scenario (I know its a long shot) if Campbell and/or Stalock step up Anderson could be moved at the trade deadline.

Khaira had twice as many 5v5 goals as Johnsson did this year and he didn't get to play with Auston Matthews. His cap hit is 1/3 that of Johnsson. He's one of the best PK forwards in the league.

Edmonton isn't interested.

I realize how good he is....... that's why i'm trying to get him. But Johnsson is no push over, he could potentially have a 20-30 goal season playing alongside McJesus.

He just had a 3 goal season (5v5) next to Matthews. Is McDavid really 10x better?!
