Decent start, but would still need some hefty adds for Laine.

Take far more then KK for Laine, And why would Detroit give up a 3rd for a 31 year old smurf in Paul Byron?

I would like to thank you for not trying to convince people that Alzner is a "useful player". Probably have to find another team for Byron; we aren't giving up picks at this time.

I personnally am not sold on KK vision and hockey IQ and Danault can be a very decent number 2 center . I get being skittish on trading KK but habs need a great shooter who could move to the LW if/when caufield is ready you gotta give to get

I went with Laine because he seems to be availlable but KK could be used to acquire a top line shooter regardless of it being Laine or Connor . maybe its Kappo Kakko or whoever , maybe the solution is ufa hoffman but habs need a real sniper

KK has the vision and shot to be elite he projects to be a Barkov type of center. I wouldn't give him up until you know for sure he won't hit his ceiling

yeah i said that it would probably take more for Laine but KK and 16oa imo gets pretty close maybe add mete . byron isnt a bad player hes a 15 goal 40 pts player with load of speed and plays the PK far from being obsolete maybe/probably detroit isnt the right fit but theres a team out there that would give a 3rd pick for this guy imo

when you re sure he wont hit his ceiling he wont have value anymore kinda like drouin , think drouin gives you a Sergachev type player now ? like i said i could be wrong ,its happened before but i dont see his vision specially when compared to suzuki . I see his shot and some ok speed above avg stick handling but i dont see him being barkov. I dont think he ever becomes a top 15 Center . could be wrong though
