No that sharks trade could totally happen!!!! If Wilson has a massive stroke.

Sorry, but Columbus has no interest in Drouin or Kulak.

Drouin because he wouldn’t fit the team and would be awful under torts.
Kulak because we have no use for a LHD.

I honestly cannot remember the last time I saw a trade with the Sharks that was quite as unlikely to happen as that one. Yes, let's give up our only two stellar players under the age of 25 (with 82 points between them in the worst season the Sharks have had in decades) for the 13th overall, two low 2nd round picks, an elderly AHL defenseman we neither want nor need, and two wingers who've neither one ever had over 20 goals.

Tell me, why on earth do you think Doug Wilson would go for that? Do you have his child locked in a basement somewhere? Did you find evidence that he shot JFK and are blackmailing him with it? Have you planted a doomsday devise somewhere in the city of San Jose and will only disclose the location if he goes through with this trade? Because failing those or some other outlandish scenario, that's not even in the same universe as happening, not even in this year of Covid and chaos.

I'm just throwing it and whatever sticks. MTL never had centers like Cout, Hertl and Joe. Perhaps Armia could hit 25-30 and Lehkonen 20-25 in SJ. And you can lowball them right now with long extensions.

Ya ok Coleman and Goodrow fetch a 1st and 2nd and my boys won't. Laine won't fetch what you're saying. I'll agree about the SJ trade.

For laine I went of his gms asking price, Tampa gave up a single first for Coleman, and got a 3rd in return with goodrow for what is essentially an early 2nd

TB gave up Foote also which is as good or better than a 2nd. In the end if Tatar signs an extension, getting the 30th OAP, a late 2nd and 3rd is fair on paper. Gallagher with an extension is worth also at least the 13th OAP and a mid-late 2nd.

WPG can say what ever they want, IMO a 2C, Caufield (my top prospect and ranked in the top 5 NHL prospects by multiple publications) and my top RD prospect is something WPG should consider. I know they're looking for a top RD and they can always trade their 1st rdn pick for Dumba +. Again it's my opinion.
