In what way? you get another player who can score at will, especially with that supporting cast and you give up a top D prospect you dont have to have, a borderline offensive prospect and a late round first....

You aren't getting the top defensive prospect in the NHL for a winger, let alone thinking Col would add. Sakic would laugh at Stevie Y for that trade more than their position in the standings.

Also if all it took to get Demko was to take on Eriksson, a ton of teams would do it.

So, maybe Bowen is good, maybe not, there have been plenty of D prospects who never panned out...you know what Mantha is, so if you want to compete with the Vegas and Dallas of your conference you better step up your game or get left behind... And the Vancouver trade has been validated by several people on this site...so how did the playoffs go for you this year? Just asking for a friend....

Mantha is an injury prone player, that’s who he is, a guy you can’t rely on even having 75% of a healthy season. He hasn’t had a 50 point season in his career..yikes

And you’re delusional with your trade, avs your logic is even worse, avs lost bc they had injured goalies,

I don't think you could get Byram alone for Mantha.

3 1st round picks for a player that has never topped 50 points and is injury prone?

Let's try this in reverse - we'll send you Andre Burakovsky for Moritz Seider, Joe Veleno, and the 32nd this year
