Ekholm has more value due to his salary, allows Boston to have as good as a Top 4 as anyone in the league.

Boeser gives Boston that 2nd winger that they’ve craved for years while you’re giving up Carlo, Bjork and a pick, you get a young proven goal scorer that normally wouldn’t be available and replace those players with pietrangelo>Carlo, Greenway>Bjork and Greenway could break out with Dk46.

That being said I get where you can see that, but Boston needs to cash in on their middling ponies that will get them a horse and they get that with Ekholm and Boeser deals

I'm not sure what to make of Urho. I'm not too entirely sure how much of a chance he could make it to the NHL. What more can you tell me about him? How high are his chances and what do you see his ceiling at?

Ahcan seems to be more of a sure thing. Would you consider him instead?

Vaak looked good in the NHL until taking a cheap shot from Boro. I still think he's got top 4 upside. Ahcan hasn't even played a single pro game yet so how does he seem like more of a sure thing?

Detroit declines, Moore isn't a target that would peek Yzerman's interest.

if the bruins straight up waived moore he only counts 1.6ish against the cap... why would they send a 2nd for 1.6 of savings. not only that but erne is garbage. lower those expectations on taking cap a little bit... moore is still a bottom pair dman with a team not like hes straight up useless like some players

You can always trade him elsewhere, to the red wings that's the price. You can not qualify erne it was just not trading picks.

Also not helping a division rival for anything less

And I agree with you, in this post they have him going to Detroit. So for the grand ol price of a 2nd well help out a division rival, anywhere else it's prob a 3rd

there are some teams moore could provide value to. idk they never should have signed him to begin with. never overpay for bottom pairing dmen.

I agree they shouldn't have signed him in the first place. In a flat cap cost cutting world, tough to have a team take him without a sweetner at this point
