How does Marner not command a ransom especially from a franchise plagued by scoring struggles

He now averages a 90pt pace yearly, is quite young, long term deal, could win an MVP (noone would've thought young Perry/Hall could've either but)

Not to mention almost half of his contract is already paid one year into that long term deal(!)
