Based purely on last season, I think it's an underpayment, but that was his only good season. So, we'll see.

It was only because he played with Panarin man but he had to prove himself this season

Not really an overpayment. They either did this, or likely have to walk away in arbitration so they chose to hold on to him

great players make good players better.
why, as a fan, does it matter if Strome produces with Panarin or without? the fact that those 2 have found chemistry together should be a positive outlook.
the Rangers just signed their stop gap 2C at a completely manageable AAV - stop complaining.

I’m not his biggest fan from a thing all the games. His play and anylitics I believe is not up on par with 4.5

Stromes a 3c, got carried by Panarin. He doesn’t deserve 4.5M, especially on a 2 year deal. It’s bad.
