Not sure about the value. I think they still take Dumba over Rask and 2 picks.

      Too low on your signings.

      Fiala: 6 years x $6M+, minimum.

Kaprizov: 5 years x $5M+, minimum. Otherwise your walking him straight to free agency.

      Eriksson-Ek: 3 years x $3-4M.

Seattle isn't taking that for Rask. Not if Dumba is available, and if he is protected. That means they're not going to take that over either one of Greenway, Soucy or Talbot. It would frankly cost us a lot more for them not to take any of them instead of Rask. At which point it isn't worth it.

We have no need to resign Bonino for so long or for that matter Demers at all.

If Bonino is resigned it'll be for a 1 year contract.

Demers would only block those players in the system who're already available, NHL ready, and cost less to field. Belpedio, Menell and Addison all spring to mind.

Been thinking about the Fiala and KK contracts lately, I’m thinking along the same lines as you. But what about a max term contract for both, assuming they’re what we hope they are and that they’d go for it?

Why are we paying to protect Dumba when we can just protect Dumba?

      Bring Guerin back please.

We have 3 defenceman under full NMC (Brodin, Suter, Spurgeon) so we cant protect dumba

You should go do some more research about how the expansion draft works

I know how it works idiot.

Clearly you don't. We're capable of protecting all four defensemen.

I think Guerin is worse than both Fletcher and Fenton, but he's better than whatever this is.
