Varlamov isn't worth a 1st. He's only had good numbers behind a defensive system.

I also don't think Clutterbuck is the type of player Seattle will be looking to freely take. More likely they take a d-man unless you pay them to take Clutterbuck

I don't know if Varlomov is worth a first at 5 mil. If the Isles retain, however, Toronto might be up this trade, and they can play a Varlomov Campbell tandem.

There will be lots goalies available via trade pre Seattle draft. Don't think the Leafs will pay a first for one or maybe not even pay one 5m
Why does ever "homer" think Seattle is going to take a their teams bad contract.

What’s the compensation to get Seattle to take Clutterbuck no way they take him for free

my prediction is Dubas either resigns Freddie or trades for Kuemper or Gibson for 2021-2022 main reason both Ducks and Coyotes will probs be going through rebuilds soon.

We should make a poll later in the year what the Leafs goalie situation is next year. Unless the Leafs make a deep playoff run, I can't see Freddie being resigned.
Interesting trades you suggested.....one for one year, the other for six years.

Not a chance you get Coleman for 2 mil for that he’d stay in Tampa Bay and not pay 11%state income tax and have a better chance at a cup

I did one where I resigned in Coleman for Tampa Bay at 2.75 mil and I was told he isn’t giving that much of a hometown discount

Cue Ducks fans saying Gibson is worth Matthews plus.

the ones i talked to were more reasonable in their offer suggestions and none had matthews lul. While Gibson wont be cheap to acquire he wont cost Matthews lul.

but yeah some will say that.

A 1st likely and then some but it won't be multiple high end pieces. Goalies just aren't worth that much in this day and age.
