Well they need a centre or LD so it works for them either way. Raty and Kakko together would be cool.

I like the idea of a Barkov-Lundell-Raty (Assuming they can keep Barkov) C-core in Florida, tbh...

Doesn’t make sense to draft Raty for a 3C spot. Florida needs D , one of Lambos, Hughes, Edvinsson would be great for them

ive seen a few people have Hughes at 1, but you could be right. Berniers would be a perfect fit for the rangers, reminds me a lot of barzal.

I mean, drafting a C doesn't necessarily mean that the player is going to stick at center (See: the Nuge, who is a much better winger than C. Other solid examples are Nylander and Marner).

Edit: Given that neither Lundell or Raty are guys that are going to immediately step in and play 15+ minutes per game, it also helps long term.

We trade the 1OA for Byfield or another C that can be a #1 in time. That or keep Powers/Hughes and sign Barkov for C
