Description

Trade Kane while he has value. Shaw adds toughness and Bennet and Gaudreau at some depth to the forwards

Edmonton needs help on the back end and experience. Maybe Keith brings both, but at least he brings experience and cup pedigree.

Janmark gives a good Boston team some depth for playoffs and is off the books the following year.

I know the defence needs a lot of help still but that can be done through the draft.

I don't think Flames do this. Gaudreau has been the best player on the team. Plus we don't need an aging foward that is most likely going to retire in the next few years.

This is a steal. Declining is a fireable offence. Kane>>>>>>Gaudreau on Gaudreaus best day and Kane’s worst. I get Kane doesn’t fit our age demographic but he’s a ppg player still and one that knows how to win. Sure he MAY retire, but Gaudreau is just as likely (if not more) to walk
