Sure, Tampa will be moving out Johnson, Killorn, and letting Coleman walk since somebody will overpay him. There will also be a cheaper back up G to save a little, and there could be another small move depending on exact contract numbers. What won't be happening however, is Tampa trading their 23 year old star young dman for a prospect that Tampa has no need of.
