Go ahead. Gibson might be a top 5 goalie, even top 3, but I'm take a top winger over a top goalie because goaltenders are so inconsistent. Just look at Price. Widely regarded as the leagues best netminder 5 years ago and now he's ahl caliber.

I'm thinking the Ducks would probably want/need more than Kerfoot, Liljegren and 2 (hopefully late) 1sts for Gibson.

So that leaves Rakell for Andersen.

Which means this trade is pretty lopsided in the Leafs favour.
