With Sheahan, what would need to be added to include Girgensons? Another pick like a 4th rounder?

His LTIR would help this year, and the next 2 he could be Noseks replacement when he hits UFA again.

I'd say a 4th and a 5th would suffice for Girgensons and Sheahan
