My bad, I meant to retain the 10% of Halak’s salary, no DeBrusks. It just gets the Leafs under the cap.

I'm sure a team that might play the leafs in the playoffs wants to give them a top goaltender for free.

So a bottom-6 forward, bottom-4 defenseman, late pick and extra goalie for a middle-6 forward and a fringe starter/1B?

I think you're overreaching calling Hutch an extra goalie....I'm not even sure he's that lol. Dermott is a bottom 2 Dman on most teams, with 3/4 upside. I feel Kerfoot is underrated. But still, no way the Leafs get this kind of upgrade for this package.
