I hate to be the party pooper.....But the Leafs have absolutely no interest in Jack Eichel.....I am starting to think it is buyer beware with him and maybe his is in fact part of the problem in Buffalo.

Not saying either team would even consider this, but you are aware that John Tavares spent just as much time in Buffalo growing up as he did in Toronto. My understanding is Buffalo was probably his second favorite team growing up, and it doesn’t hurt that his uncle is a sports legend in the city of Buffalo either.

@Zach doubt the sabres actually want to contend again if we trade Eichel, so not getting 1 prospect for him is a disgrace.
