If you're going to blow the team up it should be for a legitimate rebuild, not to become a borderline playoff team that's not going anywhere. Either way, Carlson, Ovechkin, Samsonov, Wilson, Orlov are far from being the problem for the Caps.

Strong disagree this team is better and faster. Defense is miles better and offense is full of talent

Hamilton and Dunn are brutal in their own end. Montour is meh. Good luck riding 3 D men, 2 of which are rookies that you have no idea what they can do.

I suppose the picks alone could get it done (depending on what other offers are out there, of course), but the Blues would have worlds less than zero use for Johansen. He's so useless, they might even tack on a surcharge if you try to include him.

Yeah, he's not much of a player at a position where the Blues already have a logjam. He would be the 9th LD in line. If you think he's worth something, feel free to keep him. smile
