Description
I'm unsure if detroit would make this deal but seemed like a potential suitor. Main point is move draisaitl and add multiple pieces that can help.

This is a move for vegas if they would've otherwise left Fleury exposed at the expansion draft, this give them a depth deman and a late pick instead of losing him for nothing. I think its possible that if fleury is deemed available, theres a lot of interest which could very well drive that price up.

Drai led the league last year in points and was 2nd this year, his contract is 8.5mil, moving him would be a bad choice. You just need to clear the crappy contracts you have to get better players, koskinen, neal are literally dead weight

Love Drai, but now the Wings still have no 2C, lost a solid winger and have a late 1st rounder only. Doesn't make sense.

No bottom 6, mediocre defense and horrible goaltending. You can count on Holland to solve none of their problems.

i do agree that may not be at all in the building plans for Detroit to pull such a move, but would land them a star that they probably wont find anywhere else. I think its the level of package that it would take to land Draisaitl though especially with the steal of a contract hes on right now.

Edmonton declines the Detroit trade, and why are you paying Nugent-Hopkins so much? Why is Yamamoto on the 4th line? Why is Turris back in the NHL?
