    Take out Girgensons, Olofssons and either Connor or Dubois and you're closer.

    That’s not close the Sabres are not doing a one for one trade for eichel

    It wouldn't be one for one, it would be one of Dubois or Connor plus two picks. Eichel doesn't get two players of Dubois' and Connor's quality. At least from Winnipeg.

    A late second round pick in a weak draft and third round picks year later either of those player will be in the nhl for at least 4 or 5 years. That doesn’t help Buffalo. Plus olofsson is a good scorer that would offset the difference. I actually don’t want girgenson in the trade at all. He is a very good bottom six hard working in the corners and can score some. I believe 2 seasons ago he hat 10 or 12 goals. He had surgery before last season started that ended his season. I would be willing to take out girl,Olofsson,and ad ristolainen with half his Salary retained if that would make it better for you.
