I legitimately am laughing at the fact that not only do you think the caps will take on skinner at 50% retained, but that you also think we will pay you two late picks to take him on while we’re already low on draft picks.

I'll disagree with you on this, actually. As a Caps fan I'm taking that deal every day of the week. The chances a 3rd and 5th turn into anything is low. Skinner can be a 40 goal scorer still (at worst 30 goals) and to get that value at $4.5M is a steal.
