Well the landy and Colman deals are probably alittle hopeful but the rest isn’t too bad. Just add 1.5 million to those and youlll be set.
Hamilton is probably gonna set you back about 10 if there’s a bidding war and he wants to completely cash out. But I don’t think Detroit should be in that but I’m not a Detroit fan and don’t know their system inside and out so idk for sure.

Yeah that's obvious, Seattle isn't taking DeKeyser, And most of your signings are way too low. Bertuzzi looks about right. Brome and Djoos are playing overseas and wont be resigned. Adam Erne about 2 x $1,800,000 Filip Hronek 3 x $4,800,000 Jakub Vrana 6 x $5,700,000 Jonathon Bernier 2 x $3,500,000 Dougie Hamilton 7 x $8,500,000 Gabe Landeskog 7 x $8,000,000 Blake Coleman 4 x $4,000,000 and Lucas Raymond isn't getting 4th line minutes he'd be on the 2nd line before Blake Coleman.

Brome and Djoos are playing in Europe. Bernier will re-sign but he's not taking a $1 mil paycut. Try 3.6. Same as Greiss. Hamilton isn't signing here and neither is Landy. Coleman would only take 3 mil to stay in Tampa. He's pushing 30 and doesn't fit Stevie's timeline..I doubt he'd sign here anyway. I don't know why Francis would want Dekeyser. Namestnikov likely gets taken by Seattle. Erne and Rasmussen will get more money.. Vrana too. Hronek likely gets 4.5 mil. Nielsen is likely bought out. Raymond starts the season in Grand Rapids.

Hronek is coming off his ELC, Therefore he's not arbitration eligible. he takes what Yzerman gives him. But yeah he's getting at least 3 x $4,000,000 if not slightly more.
