Trades
1.
CHI
  1. Tuch, Alex
Additional Details:
I get that Tuch isn't likley to be available, but I think this move makes some sense for Vegas. Much needed center depth, a familiar and cheap backup goalie to replace flower and another million in much needed cap space. Vegas can draft at the pick or use it to get a 3rd party to retain on Fleury
VGK
  1. Strome, Dylan
  2. Subban, Malcolm
  3. 2021 2nd round pick (VGK)
2.
CHI
  1. Dunn, Vince [RFA Rights]
Additional Details:
I get that St. Louis won't want to trade with the hawks, but the compensation is more than fair here imo and intra division trades happen whether you like it or not. Hawks have made trades with Nashville, Colorado, etc. over the recent years
STL
  1. 2021 2nd round pick (CHI)
  2. 2022 2nd round pick (CHI)
Additional Details:
Devon Toews comp, and i'm being generous bc I know St. Louis fans on here want want to trade with the hawks
3.
CHI
  1. 2022 2nd round pick (ARI)
Additional Details:
recoup a pick from the previous trade

With $11M available. Maybe it's worth taking on a cap dump for the right price.

Would you take on Loui for a swap of 1sts and a 3rd?

Just because the Hawks do something that doesn;t mean the Blues will. We're not giving you Dunn, fair value or not. Bet.

I would, but also keep in mind because of LTIR rules we need to keeep some cap space, unless the contracts are moved. I think @chihawk said we need to keep like 5-6 mil. If that is the case we could still fit louie in if thats something Stan and Benning wanted to do

I mean the odds are in your favor that he doesn't go to the hawks, because there are 30 other teams. I think the disivion stuff matters but not as much as you think. Teams do it all the time.

Hey maybe it won't even matter, because if you don't trade him we can trade for his rights from seattle

If that gets Tuch, we have to take it! I feel VGK may hold a slightly higher value however.

The prospect swap is interesting, would need confirmation of Patricks Health.

Nylander coming off an injury as well so we can't really complain

We have to cover our bonuses money first before using LITR

Again, other teams might, but the Blues rarely do. Especially with young players who have high impact potential.
