Who of our LD is good enough? Provy and Sanheim took steps back, Hagg is a bottom pairing/7th dman who isn't very good, York and Zamula may not be ready yet for a full time NHL role, you're telling me you wouldn't take Rielly? Not to mention Ghost may not be re-signed. I would welcome Rielly with open arms. Losing TK would be difficult but I would definitely entertain this.

Provorov regressed a bit this season because there was nobody who can could support him on RD no wonder that he regressed when he has to do everything by himself. Sanheim is a clear top 4 who took a step back this season because he had more responsibility with nobody on our RD. York is going to be our bottom pair D for next season with possibly PP minutes as well. As you can see there is no need for a LD we need a RD who can eat some minutes from guys like Sanheim and help Provorov so he doesn't need to do everything by himself. Also Ghost has term left and if he's not traded then he can help the PP at times. I doubt Rielly would even sign with us with the way our LD is so we would lose Konecny for nothing.
