Can not see Sharks doing that, as there are no picks for a rebuild only a 3rd line center and a mid level prospect

No thanks, a declining centre, with a contract that expires when he 39 years old. Couture and his strict NTC....he has retired to California with his aging NTC Sharks.

Toronto shouldn't do that because that contract would hurt them in the upcoming years cap wise

At the moment that’s terrible value for Couture with retention. Maybe that’ll be his value in 5 years, but now he’s still good.

only thing is, mitch marner wont be 39 when his contract ends. also he puts up well over a ppg as a 24 year old
