What is so funny about it? I wouldn't trade Lafreniere for the MVP. Lafreniere got snubbed for rookie of the year, and rookie of the year is more important because if a player wins ROY they will get many MVPs in their career. Lafreniere is the most untouchable player in the league

Panarin is a cap dump. Undrafted player making 11.5 million is insanely bad. Rangers have to give 20 first round picks to dump his contract

I've never seen a Rangers fan say that. If Eichel came to New York after a trade or a mutual contract termination he would definitely heal. The Rangers probably have the best medical care team available. They have the second most money and can get quick and easy access to many high quality specialist located in the city. Hughes only puts up good numbers because the team lets him get away with his non-winning playstyle. Kaako plays winning hockey and will be next Fedorov when he wins both the Hart and the Selke.

Why would the Sabres mutually terminate Eichel's contract??? Hughes puts up good numbers because he is already good. If Kaako wants more ice-time/oppurunities, he needs to produce offensively (which he can't). There's almost no chance Kaako ever wins the Hart

yeah, that wouldn't happen, but football is a different sport and the drafting methodology is different...
