Description

DISCLAIMER: I know that every team isn’t trying to trade for Eichel and everyone is getting tired of seeing them.
I wanted to be realistic in the since that the Sabres will have to bring in larger contracts to help make the cap work for the trades. I am also aware that 99.99% of all the players with NTC & NMC are not waiving to come to the Sabres but a lot of the crappy contracts have them. These trades aren’t the best but I think they’re fair for the most part. The Seattle trade is actually one of my favorites oddly enough. Mainly thinking from the standpoint that the Sabres have the ability to draft the top two guys in this draft and gain additional picks while dumping Eichel’s and Okposo’s contract. Meanwhile Seattle gets a star player to immediately advertise and draw interest in the team.

I like how you have tried to put good mix of established players, prospects, cap dumps, etc without going too crazy (in most cases).
That being said, Leafs fans will probably flood you with an avalanche of hate, since they overvalue Marner so much and would think Marner = Eichel

Some weighted heavy, some light, but loved scrolling through this regardless. Echoing much respect for putting in the work.
