Value-wise, Dallas absolutely takes that deal. Biggest concern is cap space. After Heiskanen's contract, cap space is going to be very tight in Dallas. Even with Gurianov & Radulov going to Toronto, I'm not sure they'll have the space for Marner's $11M cap hit every year, especially when you consider that Klingberg, Robertson, and Oettinger will be due new contracts next offseason

Dallas accepts this deal 100% if they can find a way to maneuver trough the cap.
