I would start getting worried if he doesn’t sign at the end of his college season. He was really good for Minnesota and team USA.

oh yeah dude is legit, just unfortunetly we suck and it might be best for him developmentally to go somewhere without Dahlin and Power as the top 4 LHDs

This is also a good reason as why they shouldn’t draft power.

There’s no reason to give up Johnson to get Patrick. His value is beneath where Casey Mittelstadt was when the season started. That said his talent is very comparable to Mittelstadt, and I would certainly give up one of the extra third round picks we acquired at the deadline last year to get him.

The Sabres wouldnt move Ryan Johnson for Patrick. Hes worth like a 2nd

Johnson is a few years out and they can move Dahlin to RD which is apparently what he played in Sweden

I personally think Nolan Patrick is a bit of a d**k, but there's a talented player in there somewhere. It's not gonna happen in Philly, but I wouldn't be surprised if he stepped up somewhere else.
