I just don’t understand where people think buffalo’s leverage comes from. Eichel doesn’t want to play there anymore, if he does by some chance show up for camp and put his last year of service in, he calls the shots on where he goes. Adams might be asking for the moon like anyone doing their job should, he’s not going to get it

Eichel is not a generational talent. He's very good, a superstar even, but there are only a handful of generational talents in NHL history. Gretzky, Lemieux, Howe, Orr. McDavid is close and will be considered one.
