If you're getting Alnefelt from TB why use the Washington pick on another goalie? Get Dunn with it instead.

Sure they could do that. I wouldnt mind having 2 in the system that have big upside is all.

I wouldn't discount Brattström yet, he's had a really good year in Finland. Petruzelli isn't lost to us yet either.

Yeah I have less and less faith Petruzzelli signs with us every day. I suppose going back to the Q for another season puts the disappointment off a while longer.

This is pretty much the Johnson trade I've had in my head for two months. Good job.

Only if it's Samsonov. I don't want Vanecek. And not for that first. As far as I can remember Detroit has picked twice in the first round once in the 45 years I've been a fan. I'd like to see it happen again without having to wait another 45...

Alnefelt isn't available. Tampa will very likely pay a 1st+prospect to move Johnson, but Foote and Alnefelt are off the table. Alnefelt is projected to eventually be the very solid #2 behind Vasi and perhaps one day the new #1. If a G prospect is wanted, Tampa would likely consider Miftakhov as part of a deal though.
