Why would the Bruins do this deal..... even without Matthews, Marner et al the Bruins always beat the Leafs in the playoffs..... everyone beats the Leafs in the playoffs.

Let's get rid of the picks and add Pasta and McAvoy and do a good old 5 for 5. And just to make it more palatable to the Leafs, we'll remove Sandin and replace him with Hyman's rights, so both teams have 1 UFA involved.

First line, #1 goalie and #1 D man for First line, #1 goalie and #1 D man.

My Buds would still find a way to lose...........

and then why not trade the names of the teams too? They become the Boston Leafs and the Toronto Bruins.
