They could fit Landeskog in without moving Marner if they really wanted to and obviously would be ridiculously strapped to the cap.

Oops..I overlooked that to be honest...forgot where they are picking...that is solid but I still think no. Leafs don't need anymore high end prospects to wait on...they need to win now....unless they use the NJD 1st to flip in another move potentially?

Wood could replace Hyman but I still think you need a higher end piece than Zacha going back to the leafs to consider it and probably a few other picks.

It seems astronomical in some ways and that is why this trade would never happen but cool to at least hypothetically talk..

As a Leaf fan, I approve of the Marner trade. But geez what a horrid trade to obtain Fabbro Again bottom enders on other teams seem to so much better than Leafs players. Keep Liljegren and Holl and the pick at 3m instead of Fabbro at 3m.

Roll in Fabbro for Holl in that Devils trade and we are giddy.
