Zacha making that level of money is INSANE. He would get traded before ever seeing that money from the Devils.

Reilly Walsh isn't even an NHLer yet let alone making $2m. Same for Bahl.

Sharangovich isn't jumping two $6m in two years. I'm already expecting it to be a comparable to Bratt's three year deal.

Also, similar to Zacha, Wood should be traded before he would ever make that much as a 4th liner. He's going to be Clarkson 2.0 for someone else.

I think this is a great outlook on all their internal options but it’s nice to see the depth where NJ can go and get someone in a trade that can really help cause they have the assets.

Foote, Clarke, Bahl, Mukhamadullin, kuokkanen, Walsh, Daws are the middle of their talent pool to say the least and many of them look like future NHLers

I don’t think the moneys easy to predict but I think the point the post was about was filling out the devils roster from within the organization showcasing the depth of the pool

I think it's crazy how Dougie Hamilton is the senior citizen on this team. Man I'm getting old...

I think Sharangovich will get to a long-term deal quickly because he is a late bloomer. 6 years x $4.85 million has been my number.

Zacha gets a little less, but above $5m likely, on 4-5 year deal.

3C will be Sharangovich or Mercer. Both natural centers.

Stillman > Clarke for 4RW.

Edwards could be up after two seasons at Michigan.

And Gritsyuk most definitely will be in picture in two years.

Lastly, I think Schmid is above Daws today. Will be interesting to see who wins out in long-term.

The future is bright.

I had no idea Mercer could play center, do you see him as a center long term or just to start?
