The only one I would reconsider is Pinto. He had a great stint last season, but it was only 12 games -- a bit too early to over/underrate him

Petry, Perry, Danault all get plenty of credit. Look at the deal Danault just got despite being under half a point per game c.

Ehlers is not the underrated forward on the Jets. It's Scheifele. All people talk about is Connor and Ehlers, occasionally wheeler, meanwhile Scheifele is a franchise c and just taken for granted.

Nah Ehlers is the right choice. He’s legitimately a top 10 winger and scheifele has not been the same in the past few years

Agreed for most of them except Pinto, Gaudreau, Mayfield and Campbell. Pinto hasn't played much, Gaudreau is depth player right now, Mayfield is rated fairly imo and Campbell has had a one great season as a starter.

For Petry and Danault, the recognition is only a recent development. Petry was top 10 or something in defense points for a few years, but you had to point that out when talking about him because people didn't know.

Danault was losing credit because his production dropped off. Until he shut down everyone in this year's playoffs. He didn't have that kind of acknowledgement as recently as this season.

In the last 3 years Scheifele is 10th in the league in points and Ehlers is 72nd

Scheifele is 16th in goals, Ehlers is 47th.

Scheifele is a number 1 c playing tough competition. I just don't get why he's so ignored it boggles my mind

we aren't saying he's bad... we are saying he isn't underrated

But as I said all I ever hear about Winnipeg is how awesome Ehlers and Connor is. They're always the story. The best skater on the team is Scheifele.

Points aren’t everything man trust me, the scheifele now and the scheifele that single handedly carried the Jets in the 2018 playoffs is to massively different players. Scheifele has had his stats boosted a ton in recent years to with empty net and Pp points. He’s also awful defensively now, like really bad
