That is an atrocious trade from Minnesota's perspective. Kane would kill our locker room. Brodin and JEE are more valuable than him on thier own. We wouldn't want Kulikov either.

This is pretty bad, the Wild aren't trading Brodin he's too important. Think Scandella for Kane straight up.

I'd be fine with Scandella, but little more sweetener. Kane's a top scorer in the league since December (#1 5v5 goals) so that's what you'll pay for. A defenseman with top-4 ceiling is good start but probably a sweetener

Just where does Kane fit in Minny's lineup that makes sense? Hanzal/White just filled out the FWD group.

I'll take Pommer's all around play and RHS over another LW on a stacked LW team.

The trade is total overpay for a luxury item (to the Wild) and makes the team worse now and in the future.
