I like the idea, but Oettinger very valuable to Dallas. They won’t trade him at all, unless a team did a ridiculous overpay. I see why you want him though! Good young goalie, that is going to be very good in the future!

On a real note I’d do this if it was Dobby instead of Oettinger. We’d find a 3rd team to flip Koskinen to like Arizona with a 2nd for future considerations, so we’d upgrade from the 2nd round to the 1st by trading Dobby, it seems like a great deal for Dallas.

If they want Oettinger it’ll cost one of their big 2 or else we aren’t moving him, he’s one of our untouchables and would cost a heavy overpay to get.

You should be our GM. Then, you would not have signed Holtby and the goaltending situation in Dallas would be set in stone. And, we would have 2M$ more in Cap space.

Bro my humidifier is a Vicks Ultrasonic. Nill causes me stress while my humidifier is relaxing. But sadly I don’t think it comes with IoT feathers. If you’d want that maybe my brothers watch would do the trick.

Ooooookay, calm down a little bit. You're correct that Dallas isn't trading Oettinger except for a significant overpay, but lets not act like that overpay comes in the form of Draisaitl or McDavid. There are other ways the Oilers could put together a package for Oettinger that doesn't involved either of those two (this ACGM ain't it though).

Suggest me another form of overpayment to get Oettinger. Just remember we need something to address big team needs if we were to trade him because we’re basically ruining our goaltending core for the present and future. If Nill wanted to trade him he wouldn’t have got rid of the 14th overall pick, we decided to pick Wyatt Johnston over a goalie that has a fair chance of becoming as good if not better than Oettinger, that means they really trust him and are willing to keep him at all costs.
