Interesting shipping RyJo out and retaining that much, though. It begs the question - what happens when Eichel is off LTIR?

No need to retain on Johansen. Swap Glass with Tomasino. Add a 2nd that can become a 1st

I could see Nashville as a landing spot for Eichel and think this is a good starting point for a trade but there's no chance Poile is retaining $4M on Johansen.
