What happens when Price/Eichel get back?

Plus Price isn’t even on LTIR, so I’m pretty sure he counts against the cap like normal.

I believe he no longer counts against the cap, but I don't think he's eligible for LTIR. I looked into it on the CBA but it only outlines the Player Assistance Fund and doesn't speak of a Player Assistance Program.

I think players entering the program are designated non-roster, but I'm not 100% sure. If that is the case, he still counts towards the cap iirc.

So does it say how him being removed from the cap no longer operates in the CBA? Because if it’s like LTIR thy doesn’t change much for the team, but if his cap hit is fully removed, the habs might actually be able to accrue cap space.

That’s what I’d think would be the case.
