Don't get me wrong-Nylander is a really, really solid player, and has a ton of value, I just don't see this deal as something that benefits the Yotes. They're going to be bad, and are likely going to be bad for the duration of Nylander's remaining contract. IMO, if they're moving Chychrun, it's for picks/prospects with a bunch of years of control remaining, not a guy that'll be a UFA by the time they're competitive again.
For the Yotes, this is like digging a whole to fill another hole. Not a lot of point.
