It's apparent that McMichael is ready, but I wouldn't say that Sheary's been invisible. Him and Oshie have been doing a great job below the goal line and on the boards retrieving pucks and keeping the cycles going, and we need that with our style of play. My big thing now is to get Hendrix some more games before Backstrom comes back and he goes to the Q.

A question for both of you guys, when backstrom comes back do you think Sprong’s game will improve also his point production.

Yes. Simply bc backstrom is one of the best playmaking centers of his generation. Probably still top 10 playmakers in the NHL today.

I do. He has been playing hard and generating some chances, He needs more of playmaking center to compliment his game.
I will say Sheary isn't going to be the odd man out of the line up. The most likely outcome is McMichael is sent down.

I highly doubt they did. That PP1 line rarely changes from Oshie Backstrom Kuzy Carlson Ovi unless they have injuries, in which one of Mantha/Wilson moves up.

They moved Mantha down and Sheary up - at least in a recent game I saw. I only remember it because they were talking about it. Could have been a temporary thing.

hm. Thats unlike lavy but if it works i won't fault him for it. The only other explanation is that you caught the washington broadcast of the last game and Smokin Al Koken was getting the names of the players wrong. (ex. he called Nick paul Logan paul )
