when Tarasenko is eventually moved (unless somehow him and the org patch things up), with the way he is playing and being healthy he will get a better package than that. This doesnt help St Louis. Keeping Tarasenko all season is a better move than this

Prior to this season I saw Blues fans getting the world in return for Tarasenko and I pushed back hard. He had a rough return from his injury, and given his age and salary he was clearly a huge gamble. That said, he's clearly back to his old self. It's going to take a lot more than that to get him now if indeed STL still looks to move him.
