Detroit says no to Eichel far far far more than he is worth. Leddy is playing well and if he's traded he is worth at least 2nd with retention. Detroit keeps their 5th and I could see the Namestnikov trade working.

You could probably even keep Aston-Reese I'd be happy with a 3rd for him.

I'd be 100% for the Eichel trade if Detroit was close to competing for the cup, But we're not close probably still 5 years away or so. So Eichel is a no go.
