The reported return from Vegas was Krebs + Tuch + Brisson/Coghlan + conditional 1st. Your offer is around half that value

Did you forget that Jack Eichel has a herniated disc in his neck, And probably wont play this year? So it's 3 1st round picks and an undrafted Dman. It's basically the same package as Vegas's.

This comment isnt based in reality. Multiple reports have come out this week, including today, from insiders that are saying the exact opposite of everything you mentioned. His recovery timeline is 3 months, vegas and calgary are extremely close, and the ask was never 4 first rounders

laugh laugh My Childhood friend is the Red Wings team physician Anthony Colucci he does that kind of surgery for a living. And he said that timeline is closer to 4-5 months for the kind of surgery he needs to have done. Good luck with this.

Probably shouldn't I would take the gamble on Wright or the consolation prizes in this draft over moving Cossa+++ in value for a disgruntled Eichel too if I was Steve Y

(using Cossa as a prospect example similar to Krebs value wise. not sure who Detroit could offer around Tuch's value; Larkin, Bert, Vrana, Hronek? Somewhere in that range).

I doubt we get Wright we have absolutely awful lottery luck. When he signed 8yr at $10M per season he had to know this could happen and after Buffalo gutted their entire coaching and signed the best offensive UFA on the market and now he wants out I'm sorry but thats BS. He needs to pull up his big girl pants and honor his commitments. What's next maybe we can see if Avery is ready for a comeback!

Yzerman has proven he can build a winner without needing players of questionable character.
