Were not interested sorry, especially not at that price for Holl. We are near the bottom of the standings, we aren't buyers at this stage. Also Nylander may be given more chance with a fresh start under a new coach and system.

While the value shown here isn’t realistic, Holl has had considerable interest on the trade market.

This “dream” may not be as far-fetched as you think.

If there was a deal for 2 picks for a 2 and a 3 for Holl Dubas would have sent the papers in already

While some of these guys have some value, none of them have the value envisioned in the trades above.

Holl might get a late 2nd at deadline. Mikheyev and Anderson have poor value at best. (Anderson must be somebody I dont know, because he wasnt good enough to stick in NJ when they were desperate for forwards, and hes been in AHL for 2 seasons, and doesn;t look any better.)

We're not in any hurry to move Kukan. Certainly not for Yet Another Bottom 6 Winger Of Which We Have Far Too Many Already.

I don't think Dubas is in a hurry to trade Holl for picks. His cap isn't an issue currently and he still serves as defensive depth. Only way I see him being traded is if there's a dman coming back the Leafs way.
I can't see him being worth a 2nd and a 3rd though so I agree the value is off. If he gets traded for picks it'll be at the TDL or in the offseason.
