doubt VAN can afford that, + marner is worth quite a bit more than that
Brodie's value isn't close to pulock's. you gotta add a high pick or two
holl and dermott alone get the two picks. Mrazek isn't worth Blackwood and Graves
TOR is giving up too much in the TBL trade. Robertson is worth foote+colton alone imo, since he could be a second liner if he wasnt injured so much
whitecloud's value is much higher than that, considering he signed such a good value extension recently. gotta at least add a first
Kase = Appleton, Mikheyev + 4th = McCann, Engvall = Fleury. not toooo far off in value

TB is drowning in Salary Cap issues AND it will only get worse next year. Foote and Ross are WAY expendable to open up cap space.

Less than 2 million to 2 players they need dumb reasoning absolutely dumb!!!. You're reasoning is exactly why they aren't expendable.that trade got even dumber than originally posted not a chance JBB remotely considers that.

99% of the time you will definitely get comments on your acgm unless you have like perfect lineups and perfect trades

Yeah your a complete idiot. You obviously have NO idea WTF you're talking about. I'd sooner take advice from a rock. LMAO

Let's put this in terms your brain cell can understand. Tampa is already $2 to $7 mil over the salary cap (when they are cheating) AND have a major contract (Brayden Point) to get signed by next year. Which means they actually want to re-sign them now since the longer it takes the more they end up paying and for longer terms. Furthermore they have a stack of minor league players pushing for spots. That means Foote (4th D-man at best) and Ross (3rd liner) are ODD men out. On top of all that Robertson is worth both of the anyways and high potential to become a 1st or 2nd line LW. So yes, 2 contracts that are easily replaced with what is in the minors for the less or same amount, for longer, PLUS a LW with far more upside for less than either for the next 3-years.

That all means this deal makes huge sense for both teams.

Wow that assumes a lot. I use a website application and so I want comments? Why? From who? 99% of the comments left are completely brain dead.

I often wonder how many actually understand the business of Hockey. When the reality is just about ANY trade can happen. It's all about what is being offered AND other behind the scenes politics. Yes that's right. Your favourite all-heart 3rd liner Captain can get moved for a song. Teams owe each other favours from deals way in the past. Teams will trade on favours to be named down the road. It's all about where your team is and what phase they are in.

So, no, I don't automatically want comments. Especially the 99% that are dumber than hammered ****.

Wow your an even bigger idiot 1 Braden Point is already signed ****.. 2 Tampa Bay has 3NHL RD signed for next season you tool including Foote so they trade a guy making 850k they have to replace wow your a complete moron!!! 3 did you not watch any of the playoffs and see Colton destroy Montreal ( I know Toronto chocked on Montreal but hey. None of those guys pushing for spots are RD so it is the absolutely dumbest move they can make ,but I guess when you have an IQ of a racquet ball you only see things from a moron perspective. How do you after 37 NHL GAMES know what Foote is "at best " complete moron is all you are. You obviously haven't looked at TB minors situation the have no Rd ready but hey because I want a player on Toronto it's the smartest deal ever? Your dumber than dirt.

LMAO go lick some more snot off windows. Point has 1 year left on his contract. So NO he is NOT signed. TB actually has 5 RD signed through next year. 2 have contracts no one is going to take on and the other 2 are head and shoulders better than Foote. Making Foote odd man out.

What has been done NEVER matters idiot. It's about salary cap and what others want to take off that pressure. In this case Robinson is actually worth more than both Foote and Ross in every aspect.

Your comments are now completely worthless and the only dirt here is you. The more you argue the more you dig your own hole.
