Chiarot trade makes sense. i see it potentially happening
kulak's worth a 4th, perreault's worth a 4th
no one will buy toffoli for that even if dvorak got that
buuuut if the caps (for example) would have to give up hagelin and kempny (courtesy of @capsfan2121) i think that could go through (toffoli for a 1st, 2nd, hagelin, kempny, maybe a prospect)

TB isn't doing that 1they have to send ABB to the minors when Kucherov comes back just to get to $712 cap space. They certainly don't need a left shot defenseman
